What we collect

• Your account email and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile image.
• Email sent to your agent's address, including mail from senders you have not allowed.
• Your agent's replies and usage metrics (tokens and estimated cost per reply).

How we use it

Email to your agent is sent to an AI model provider (Anthropic) to generate replies. Mail addressed to non-existent agents is kept for up to 30 days for abuse review, then deleted.

Google user data

When you sign in with Google we request only your basic profile and email address. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Email us at hello@geniami.com to delete your account and its data.
